Refund Policy

We are committed to a fair and transparent process for all refund requests. Please review the details below before submitting your request.


Refund of Course Fees

If your request is approved, any refundable net course fees will be processed based on when your request is submitted.

Refunds will be made to your original mode of payment.


Application Fees

Application fees are strictly non-refundable, unless the class is cancelled by the Institute.


Supporting Documents (If Applicable)

You may be required to submit supporting documents. Accepted documents include:

  • Medical Certificate
  • COVID-19: Photo of a positive ART test kit with current date
  • Reservist Notification (SAF100)
  • Court Attendance Notification
  • Bereavement of immediate family members (parents, parents-in-law, siblings, spouse, or children)
