Refund of Course Fees
If your request is approved, any refundable net course fees will be processed based on when your request is submitted.
Refund Timeline
| When You Submit Your Withdrawal Request | Refund of Net Course Fees |

| More than 21 working days before the first module starts | 90% refund |
| 14 to 21 working days before the first module starts | 50% refund |
| Less than 14 working days before the first module starts | No refund |
Refunds will be made to your original mode of payment.
Application Fees
Application fees are strictly non-refundable, unless the class is cancelled by the Institute.
Supporting Documents (If Applicable)
You may be required to submit supporting documents. Accepted documents include:
- Medical Certificate
- COVID-19: Photo of a positive ART test kit with current date
- Reservist Notification (SAF100)
- Court Attendance Notification
- Bereavement of immediate family members (parents, parents-in-law, siblings, spouse, or children)
